The Western Illinois Museum has undergone dramatic changes in the last few years creating the need to reevaluate and update the Museum’s bylaws- the guiding document for our operations.
In 2024, the past and current presidents partnered with Lawyers for the Creative Arts to ensure our compliance with state and federal legal requirements as a nonprofit organization. As we approach our annual meeting on February 23rd, we want to provide an overview of the proposed bylaw updates before calling for a vote of approval.
What Has Changed?
- Our Valuable Museum Assets
