Make a Corn Husk Doll

October 21, 2023 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join us in celebrating the harvest season. Stop by on Saturday, October 21st during the Moon Over Macomb festivities and make a Corn Husk Doll from 10:00 am to noon. After you have created a doll, you can visit with the Museum’s re-enactors who will guide you on a trip through time. Stops on the tour include making apple butter in the 1870s to seeing how corn was shelled for livestock feed. At each station, you can collect an accessory for your corn husk doll.

This family-friendly event is free and open to the public.
